Pupils at Skegness Grammar School took to the pool at the Embassy Centre in Skegness 10 years ago for a diving session with alocal sub-aqua group.
The 23 youngsters took part in the event in preparation for a planned trip to Kenya with Camps International.
The trip would include a PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) open water course, as well as wildlife and community voluntary work.
Offering them a taster of what to expect were members of Skegness Sub Aqua.
