Retford: Academy to host County Council pre-driver training courses
The Academy joins Nottingham Forest football ground as a venue for the sessions.
Aimed at pupils between the ages of 15 and 17 years-old, the sessions are being offered as part of an ongoing programme of education for young people in a bid to cut road traffic casualties in the county.

Spaces are limited so booking is essential and will be taken on a first come, first served basis. Bookings can be made by calling 0300 5008080.
“This course gives young people their first experience behind the wheel of a car in a safe, controlled, environment with fully qualified driving instructors,” said Coun Kevin Greaves, chairman of the council’s transport and highways committee.
