Annual awards at Caistor WI

Caistor WI held its annual meeting, supper and social evening, when, after five years of invaluable service, June Gaughan stood down as president.

Rachel Grainger was voted in as the new president and thanked June for all her hard work.

The competition plate was won by Wendy Handford and the flower of the month cup by Judith Hewis.

The next event will be a talk by Martin Sizer in the town hall on Thursday, February 4, at 7.30pm, when new members and visitors will be welcome.
