Busy February at Rasen Hub

The topic is seasonal herbal medicine, working with plants that are just beginning to show their faces in February.

If there is snow, it will be a second round of spice cabinet medicine instead.

Either way attendees will take home at least one complete remedy, plus handouts.

Take along your own jars and bottles; all other materials will be supplied. The cost is £15 per session.

Craft Workshop: Porcelain Flowers - Wednesday, February 24, 1.30pm to 3.30pm

Book a place on this workshop to take home a beautiful handmade porcelain decoration. Cost is £8, including all materials and a cuppa.

Inspire! Creative Wellbeing - every Tuesday, 1pm to 3pm

A friendly and informal group using creativity to improve quality of life for those who struggle with anxiety, low self esteem, stress, lack of confidence, depression etc. No need to book, just go along.

Drop in to chat to others for advice and guidance. Last Friday of the month from 10am until 12noon. Cost £2.50, including a cuppa.

Confidential advice on a one to one basis. First Monday of each month.

Drop in to see Gina on Tuesday February 16, between 10.30am and 1pm. By appointment only on Tuesday February 9 and 23, between 10am and 1pm.
