An original script, written by Joyce Newth and Sue Leonard, based very loosely on the story of Red Riding Hood had everyone guessing as to which of the characters had stolen a Faberge Egg inherited by the Cook.

Set in Russia the many characters included spies and a detective, a group of Kossacks and traditionally a Wolf all chasing a black bag containing the precious egg.

Profits have exceeded £1,300 which will be given to the Village Hall Improvement Fund.
