Cottage Museum Christmas Past event
Although the Woodhall Spa Cottage Museum will be closed for this year’s visitor season from November 1, it will re-open for one day on Saturday November 22 from 10.30am until 4pm for a special Christmas Past event.
This year the theme is Christmas Carols.
The museum will be decorated in Edwardian style Christmas decorations and there will be relevant displays of artefacts.
The Woodhall Community Band will play for two sessions of community carol singing; once in the morning and once in the afternoon. There will also be the chance to win a Christmas Cake by buying numbered squares and a winning number will be drawn. Refreshments will be available as well as a stall stacked with Christmas goodies of all sorts.
Admission will be free but donations would be very much welcomed. So do make a note in your diary to go along on Saturday November 22 for “Christmas Past” at The Woodhall Spa Cottage Museum in Iddesleigh Road, Woodhall Spa, LN10 6SH.
