Funny Finnish film at Louth cinema
The Grump, a funny Finnish film is to be shown by Louth Film Club at the Playhouse Cinema on Monday, June 20.
The film follows the events after the old man of the family comes to stay in a very modern household and causes chaos.
Paul Hill, chair of LFC, said: “It is comical, yet poignant taking on the clash of traditional and modernist values in modern-day Finland.”

Hide AdThe film is written by Dome Karukoski and Tuomas Kyrö and directed by Karukoski.
It is certified as a 12A and starts at 7.30pm in the Cannon Street venue.
Tickets for the film are £4 for LFC members, £6.90 for non-members and £5.50 for concessions.
