Floral funds for charity
At the June meeting of Horncastle Flower Club, chairman Kathy Fairburn and the committee were pleased to be able to present a cheque for £500 to Cancer Research UK.

The money was raised from a coffee morning and donations for wedding flowers.

Following the presentation, members enjoyed a talk by national demonstrator Nigel Wyles, entitled The Magic of the Musicals.
All designs were completed with the playing of the songs which had been depicted.
The club meets in Banovallum School on the fourth Thursday of each month at 7.30pm.
New members are always welcome.
