Gainsborough: Beauty of Romeo & Juliet in Bolshoi live
Bolshoi Ballet Live returns to Triniy Arts Centre in Gainsborough this weekend with a screening of Romeo & Juliet live from Moscow.
William Shakespeare’s timeless story of doomed love between young members of warring families in Verona, written in 1595, is brought to the stage through breathtaking choreography and Sergei Prokofiev’s much-loved score.
Starring Alexander Volchkov as Romeo and Anna Nikulina as Juliet, the screning takes place on Sunday afternoon (8th March) at 3pm.
