Gainsborough: Ghosts from the past and ghosts of rock & roll at Trinity Arts

Tomorrow night (Friday) it’s a search for the supernatural as the venue stages a live ghost hunt.

In September 1841, construction started on a new church on Trinity Street.

It was dedicated to the Holy Trinity and completed in 1844.

Today, it is now the venue for Trinity Arts Centre and the theatre within it.

However, the past still appears to be living on in the building as there have been reports of many paranormal activities over the years including dark shadowy figures backstage and lights mysteriously switching on and off.

Poltergeist activity has also been reported in this venue.

The night will begin with a location tour and you will be given the opportunity to participate in a number of vigils and paranormal experiments.

You will be accompanied by an experienced paranormal team and psychic medium.

You will also be given the opportunity to pursue the parts of paranormal investigating that interest you the most.

The ghost hunt starts at 8pm and goes on until 3am.

From the ghosts to send a chill down your spine to ghosts – and living legends – to make you get up and dance the night away as Past Masters present their new show Let’s Rock The Jukebox at the venue on Saturday night (21st March).

Usual group members Jock, Derek, Pip, Damion, Mick have been rejoined by Dave Robinson back on lead guitar after a long illness.

The show will be based on similar lines to the previous Past Masters format but with added fresh hits from the period.

If you were around in the 1950s and 1960s, this is the soundtrack of your lives .

With hits from the likes of Elvis, Roy Orbison, Buddy Holly, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Hollies, Cliff Richard and many more, if you were there then, you should be here now.
