Invitation to Christmas carol concert in Scunthorpe

The event will be held on Monday December 8 at 4.30pm at Scunthorpe’s St Lawrence’s Church, Church Lane, Scunthorpe.

The festive event, which will include an assortment of well-known carols, is open to hospital staff and members of the public to attend.

The service is being held by lead hospital chaplain the Revd Charles Thody and hospital chaplain the Revd Harry Smart (pictured).

The Revd Smart said: “We would like to extend a warm invitation to staff and members of the public to pop along and join us in this festive celebration. People can be guaranteed of a warm, family traditional atmosphere with a selection of favourite carols.

“Everyone is welcome to pop along and join us as we start to get in the Christmas spirit,” added the Revd Smart.
