Last chance for Isle Fake festival early bird tickets

The Fake Festival trucks are preparing to load up and head to Epworth next month, for the first time at Carrside Playing Fields.

The stage will yet again play host to five local support bands who have been lucky enough to earn their spot at this year’s event. With hundreds of applicants, the five bands have been carefully selected by the Fake Festival team whose sole purpose is to bring a day of fantastic live music and fun to the famous Fake Festival marquee.

The five chosen supports for this year are Setting Sons, Mario Gazi Band, Iron Hands, The Torn and One More Mile an Hour.

Setting Sons from Belton will be opening the festival this year. The four-piece band will be banging out the tunes of Paul Weller, his influences, and those influenced by him. A great way to kick off the festival.

Mario Gazi Band is a three-piece outfit performing original songa with a heavy jazz, funk and soul influence. If you like his bass lines, funky licks and soulful vocals then these guys are for you.

From the Isle, Iron Hands is a four-piece rock ‘n’ roll band who have just released their debut EP, ‘The Noise Yard’ through RiverJuke Records earlier this year. We expect great things of these guys, so catch them before they hit the big arenas.

No strangers to the Isle is The Torn, a quartet of rock ‘n’ rollers mixing original songs and covers to produce an energetic set of up-tempo music. March saw the release of their first single through Sound Hub Records.
