Rotherham: Pantomime is full of fun

The festive season is well an truly underway at the Rotherham Civic Theatre with the classic family pantomime Beauty and the Beast.

Running until Sunday, 12th January, the show is based on the traditional fairytale featuring the beautiful Belle, and a handsome Prince struck down by an evil spell – this is a show not to be missed.

This year, the handsome Prince is appearing direct from television’s longest running soap opera, Coronation Street.

The role will be performed by Oliver Mellor who plays Doctor Matt Carter .

And it’s said he’ll send more than just the princess’ pulse racing.

This brand new festive show is packed full of classic characters, songs, laughter and amazing special effects.

The show has evening and matinee performances, check with the theatre for times
