Roy Orbison hits at ‘brilliant’ gig
THE HITS of musical great Roy Orbison are set to echo from the Embassy Theatre in Skegness this Friday (March 23).
Barry Steele is set to put the Oomph back into the Big ‘O’ as he takes to the stage accompanied by a five-piece band for the Roy Orbison & Friends Concert at 7.30pm.
“They will perform a rollicking set, including classics ‘Only The Lonely’, ‘Ooby Dooby’, ‘Crying’ and ‘Blue Angel’, right through to Orbison’s later hits - ‘California Blue’ and ‘You Got It’ and of course The Travelling Wilburys.
The concert will include full support.
