Hammer and Tongs

Renowned for their exciting, inventive and comic physical theatre, this production will certainly entertain all.

Written by Daniel Jamieson, who has previously penned numerous original productions for the company, Hammer and Tongs digs deep into the human compulsion to argue the toss.

Performed by just three actors and a musician in an eclectic cabaret-style, Hammer and Tongs is funny, fresh, messy, moving, absurd and surreal.

Theatre Alibi, dedicated to being vivid and ambitious, have previously toured I Believe in Unicorns, Curiosity Shop and Cabbage Heart, and are now set to tour Hammer and Tongs from February to April 2014.

Alongside the tour, they also offer a very useful education pack for schools, dedicating time and effort into offering Drama, English and Dance pupils great insight into devising work for their curriculum.

The performance is suitable for over 14’s.

Tickets are £12, £10 concessions and £5 for students and under 26’s. To book call the box office on 01522 837600 or visit www.lpac.co.uk.
