Sign up for annual charity sleigh race
The annual Heneage Sleigh Race will take place on Sunday December 20, starting from Sixhills at 11am.
The event is held every year in support of the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance and teams are now invited to take part.
The course runs from Sixhills through to the Heneage Arms in Hainton, approximately two miles, and sleighs must be non-mechanised or geared.
Competitors should be in fancy dress with a theme and sleighs must be manned by a Santa, who rides on the sleigh, supported by four Reindeers for pulling/pushing.
There will be prizes for the fastest time and the best dressed sleigh.
For more information call 07909 726585 or email [email protected]
Those not competing can still go along, cheer on the sleighs and enjoy the seasonal fayre available at The Heneage Arms.
