Silver Band brings silver screen sound

Film music is like no other, as it not only entertains but evokes such great memories and pictures in our minds created by the wonderful world of cinema.

On April 17, Alford Silver Band will be playing favourite film themes in this special Cinema Classics concert.

Introduced by broadcaster Bernard Bale, the much-acclaimed band will take the audience on a tour of Pinewood and Hollywood with such fantastic film themes as Schindler’s List, The Sound of Music, Les Miserables, Pirates of the Caribbean and, of course, James Bond plus many more favourites.

Bernard will also provide anecdotes from the film sets of the films and the stars.
