Soul night at Gainsborough’s Blues Club
MAY bank holiday is set to go off with a bang with a charity Motown and soul night at the Blues Club on North Street, Gainsborough,
All your favourite soul records will be spinning, by a line-up of local DJs.
They are DJs Soul Sully from Retford, Ray from Edwinstowe, Dave Jowitt and Little Jazzy Dave from Doncaster, Denis B and Stan The Man from Scunthorpe and special guest Cleethorpes legend Mary Chapman.
Mary is known by many as the ‘Queen of Northern Soul’.

Hide Ad“The night will re-live the bygone days of Wigan Casino and Cleethorpes Pier and we’ll be running a raffle if anyone wants to donate a prize,” said organiser Paddy Ferry.
Raffle money will go to the Air Ambulance Charity.
