The day-long drama workshop saw Year Five pupils explore energy through fun and animated activities. Pupils then performed a play to the rest of the school.

Year Five teacher Lizzy Parry said: “This was a new workshop for us. The children seemed really engaged in the activities.”

Suzanne Doxey, community relations manager at E.ON, said: “We understand that energy can be a dry subject, particularly for primary school pupils.

“By taking part, children really do get the chance to look at the topic of saving energy in depth, and they all seem to enjoy performing at the end of the day.”
