Travel back in time at Museum at Night event

A mad professor has travelled back in time and muddled up North Lincolnshire Museum in Scunthorpe. Will you be able to put it back right?

Have your picture taken next to a life-sized TARDIS. Take part in activities, object handling and if you travel back in time through the museum completing our special night trail, you could win a prize.

Admission is free. No need to book – just turn up. Taking place on Friday, May 15, the fun starts at 5pm until 8pm. It is open to organised children’s parties.

The council has been working with Scunthorpe’s Little Theatre Group to stage this wacky event that is suitable for those aged six years and above.

Abby Bryan, Visitor Service Manager, North Lincolnshire Museum, said: “This is perhaps one of our more unusual events, guaranteed to be fun. Get into the zone, travel back in time and keep your wits about you. For you are about to experience an incredible journey through time. You are in store for a real treat on Friday evening, and you could win a prize if you go on our special night trail. It’s not every day you get the opportunity to have your photo taking next to a life-sized TARDIS! North Lincolnshire Museum is the perfect location for this event – and it will be full of surprises!”
