There is no doubt that the decade that also gave us The Beatles will go down in history as being the most imaginative period of music creativity and expression.

The artists included in Sixties Gold have contributed enormously in establishing the UK as the world’s leading nation in the music industry.

Topping the bill are Gerry and the Pacemakers who were the first band to have three consecutive number one hits in the UK charts with How Do You Do It, I Like It and the well known You’ll Never Walk Alone.

They went on to have many more hits through the 60’s, none more successful than the absolute classic, Ferry Across The Mersey, which has been number one in two different decades.

Joining Gerry and the Pacemakers in the show are the Searchers.

With their unique sound they have maintained a reputation as one of Liverpool’s finest sixties groups.

With worldwide sales in excess of 50 million, their hits include Sweets For My Sweet, Don’t Thrown Your Love Away, When You Walk In The Room and their number one hit Needles and Pins.
