Coveris has been transforming its facility in Tenens Way, part of the Riverside Industrial Estate, in support of plans to grow the business under a new decorative labelling brand, Amberley Labels.

It comes after the company acquired Amberley Labels, of Blandford, Dorset, last year.

The growth strategy will see the business targeting premium label sectors, including beverage, personal care, and fragrance, from next month.

As part of the strategy, the Tenens Way site is being moved under the Amberley Labels brand and will become ‘Amberley Boston’.

The business’ other UK labels sites, including its base in Lealand Way, Boston, also part of the Riverside Industrial Estate, are remaining part of the Coveris brand; however, they have received additional investment and infrastructure to aid the redistribution of assets throughout the Coveris estate, strategically positioning each site to serve the needs of its dedicated end markets.

Amberley Labels itself is also receiving a new look.

Dennis Patterson, business unit president for Coveris’ Graphics, Labels and Board division said: “We’re really excited to finally be in a position to share our plans around our new combined Amberley Labels brand.

“The investment and additional processes required to meet the demands of new markets will deliver a major step change in our operations, which will see us shift change from a traditional large scale, high-speed service model to a more targeted bespoke quality offering across two sites.

“Given the heritage, reputation and quality culture associated with the Amberley name, we are proud to extend this and are looking forward to launching our next generation visual identity in September.”
