Morrisons Doorstep Delivery Service is available to the vulnerable, the elderly and shielding members of the community.

Anyone requiring the service is asked to call 0345 611 6111 and select Option 5 to place the order from a list of essential items.

Phone lines are open Monday to Saturday, 8am to 5pm and Morrisons aims to deliver orders the next day.

Deliveries will adhere to the current social distancing rules. To avoid contact we encourage contactless card payments. If this isn't possible, chip and pin card payments are available but no cash payments can be made

Alongside the deliveries, Morrisons is also supporting its pharmacy in delivering medication.

Store manager Hannah Gowland commented: "I think its absolutely amazing that my team have the passion and commitment to serve our vulnerable, elderly and shielding members of our community personally with pride. In this pandemic.

"It's all about coming together as a community by helping and supporting as much as you can with something such as the doorstep delivery process.

"Our store and colleagues are definitely at the heart of our much-loved home in Skegness."
