First birthday party for Boston business

Celebrations have been held at a shop in Boston to mark the first anniversary of it opening.

B&M Home Store, on the Alban Retail Park, in Grantham Road, recently reached the milestone.

The business opened in the former Homebase store this time last year.

The celebrations including a birds of prey display, face painting, and staff donning fancy dress.

General store manager Andy Cowther-Johnson said a ‘lively atmosphere’ was enjoyed on the day.
