Hair and beauty salon in Woodhall Spa celebrates another major award
A hair and beauty salon in Woodhall Spa is celebrating another significant milestone in its long and successful history.
Last year, the re:new Hair and Beauty by Expressions business landed the best salon team accolade at the national Salon Awards.
Now it has won the best regional salon (Midlands) prize at The Hair Awards 2026, delighting co-owners Wendy Griffin and Julie Charles, who set up the salon back in 2005.
They beamed: “We really don’t have the words, but we are so proud. We’ve gone through 21 years of building, growing, learning and evolving – and most importantly, 21 years of people.
"Those people have been our team, past and present, who have shown up every day with passion, care and commitment, and our clients, who trust us, support us and are such a huge part of our story.
"Our little salon in Woodhall Spa has grown into something so much more than just hair.

The prestigious Hair Awards ceremony, sponsored by Revlon Professional, was held at the five-star Standard hotel in London.
The awards recognise outstanding talent, creativity and dedication across the UK hairdressing industry.

The business, which used to be known solely as Expressions, occupies the historic former Woodhall Spa Baths building after a makeover and labour of love by Wendy and Julie four years ago.
