Horncastle estate agency in UK's top 10% for client reviews and feedback
A long-standing estate agency, with offices in Horncastle and Woodhall Spa, has been placed in the UK’s top ten per cent for client reputation.
Property experts Robert Bell and Company has been named a Trusted Agent under a scheme run by Kerfuffle, which is the estate agency industry’s supplier discovery platform.
The Trusted Agent programme is powered by independent data and reviews, provided by clients and collated through the ViewAgents website.
It is built on the simple principle that recognition should be earned, not bought. And Robert Bell, which has been operating for 225 years, is now among the most respected estate agencies in the country.
Alastair Boulton, director at the firm, said: "This recognition means a great deal because it reflects what our clients actually think of us, not what we say about ourselves.

Unlike traditional awards that rely on self-nomination or paid entry, Trusted Agent winners are identified through an independent review of publicly available client feedback across multiple platforms, including Google, Trustpilot, Facebook and Feefo.
Each qualifying office is scored on a methodology that weights recent reviews more heavily than older ones.
The programme looks at volume and consistency across platforms, and factors in how actively the agent responds to feedback. Only offices in the top ten per cent nationally make the Trusted Agent list.
