Persimmon is also building elsewhere in Lincolnshire with more than 100 homes at its Burfield Park development in Witham St Hughs.
Neil Follows, managing director for Persimmon Homes Nottingham, said: “Persimmon Homes continues to provide much needed homes to the people of Lincolnshire and we’re delighted to be investing once more into the county.
“Our £722,000 contribution will be staggered throughout the phases of our development at Holdingham Grange and it will be the education sector that will receive the majority of this investment. A large slice of this will go into preservation of the environment with £50,000 going towards improvements to Holdingham Beck.
