Lincolnshire-based motor group acquires Jaguar Land Rover franchise in Norwich
Market Rasen-based Duckworth Motor Group is continuing to expand, having just acquired the official Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) franchise for Norwich.
Duckworth Motor Group, an official Land Rover Franchisee has its family-owned company head office is in Market Rasen since 1980.
The group currently own and operate two official Land Rover franchise stores - Market Rasen in North Lincolnshire, and Boston in South Lincolnshire.
The Norwich site at Maple Way, Postwick, acquired from Group 1 Automotive (formerly Inchcape), became Duckworth Jaguar Land Rover Norwich on June 5. The forecourt offers new, used, fleet and business Land Rover vehicles, alongside approved used Jaguar models. It also provides comprehensive aftersales support and servicing for both brands.
This acquisition is expected to take the Group Turnover to over £200m.

The company employs over 130 staff across their Lincolnshire sites, and 100 at the Norwich site.
The Duckworth business, started by Martin Duckworth in Ingham, North Lincolnshire has won many awards for its high levels of customer satisfaction. Together with a great team, Martin and latterly Ben Duckworth expanded the business from Market Rasen to two locations in Boston and now onto Norwich.
The business also represents Isuzu and Omoda Jaecoo as well as many parts and lubricant bands.
