Louth businesses hold raffle for Macmillan charity

Thompson and Smith and Woldside Classic and Sports Car, in Louth, hold a Macmillan Coffee Evening every year, but this year it has been postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak.

A spokesman said: “We are still going to hold a raffle on October 16, and we hope we can make it a massive raffle so we can raise as much money as we can for this excellent charity.

“We donate our takings to the local Louth Macmillan Fundraising Group, so that they can ensure the money is used in Lincolnshire to support people living with cancer.

To purchase your raffle tickets, call in to the showroom in Tattershall Way on the Fairfield Industrial Estate.

Alternatively, pay online at https://macmillan-org.enthuse.com/louth/profile, and you will then receive an email containing your ticket numbers.

Tickets cost £1 each, and prizes include a hamper from Morrison’s, a £50 voucher for Lucks of Louth, a Daniella Draper bracelet, a voucher for two adults and two children to go indoor climbing at the Ascend Climbing Gym in Louth, and much more. Visit the showroom or go online for more details.
