Trespass, in Strait Bargate, is currently displaying posters in its windows which read ‘closing down’ and ‘all stock must go’, and include June 20, 2020, as its last day of trade.

However, this is not the first time the outdoor clothing retailer has indicated its intention to close the branch.

The Standard has approached the business for a comment, but at the time of writing has not received a reply.

Trespass was founded in Glasgow in 1938.

It opened its 200th store in Dover in 2018 – one of 32 that launched that year.
