Pub near Skegness goes on market for £260k

The sad announcement that the Royal Oak at Candlesby was being put on the market was made on social media last month.

A post on Facebook said: "Obviously, the pandemic has made life extremely difficult for us and so many more businesses, but we also think it's time to move on, and let someone else take over.

"Me and Gord, and Bex are so sorry to be going. We would like to thank all our loyal customers and friends from the bottom of our hearts, for supporting us for the last for years.

"It really has been so much fun!"

Agents for the sale of the pub, in Chalkpit Lane, are Sidney Philips.

The pub is describe as situated in a village location on the busy Lincoln to Skegness A158 road.

It features three letting rooms and a one-bedroom owners' flat
