Training and recruitment join forces to help boost employment in Gainsborough

Surestaff Recruitment has teamed up with Riverside Training, who are both based in Gainsborough, to help reduce unemployment in the town.

Both agencies will be able to use their expertise to identify the skill demand and then match people seeking employment to local jobs.

Ray Hall, Branch Manager at SureStaff Recruitment is thrilled with the new collaboration.

He said: “Working together with Riverside Training is a win, win situation. We will be able to make sure we get skilled workers to place into local jobs which will support our local businesses.

“We know that Covid-19 has seen a spike nationally in the number of people unemployed and we hope that our partnership approach will support local people to stay in employment and local businesses to support our economy.

"It is also great for the town and for local job seekers that efforts are being made to give them the best opportunity to seek suitable employment

Sure Staff Recruitment, was established in 2006 and is based at The Plough in the town. It provides bespoke recruitment service to businesses in and around Gainsborough.

"This partnership with Surestaff Recruitment will help us to direct our learners towards local work opportunities that suit their skillset. We are looking forward to helping our local community find employment opportunities within the local area”

Riverside Training also help people to write their CV’s along with offering a holistic approach to additional factors which may play a part in unemployment.
