We’re excited for this ambitious next step for our firm, with this major investment in the area which combines the two existing office teams in order to provide a better service for our clients.

The merger of our Louth and Horncastle teams allows us to share expertise and resources to enable us to provide a more seamless service for clients across the Lincolnshire Wolds area.

Providing contemporary, open-plan office space, the new office will replace our existing premises in the two towns, providing our teams with a larger, more comfortable working environment that’s better suited to hybrid working and the changing needs of our clients.

Further improving our offer for clients in this area, we’ll actually be expanding our presence by bringing others into the Wolds office, such as solicitors with dispute resolution and employment experience who will work alongside our colleagues who normally work from our Louth and Horncastle offices.

While we have enjoyed being based in the centre of Louth and Horncastle, our present offices are no longer fit for modern purposes and no longer provide the best conditions for our staff to work in. We need more modern premises with newer heating systems, air conditioning, parking and the ability for our teams to work together rather than in separate offices.

Our clients consistently express a preference for parking at the office which we are not able to currently offer from either premises, so although our office might be slightly further away than previously, you’ll find it much easier to access with a large car park available for our clients and colleagues. The site is also easily accessible from across the Wolds and beyond via the A16 and public transport.

Continued commitment to the Lincolnshire Wolds area

The move represents our continued commitment to the Lincolnshire Wolds area, giving us a modern office space that will provide a vibrant and spacious setting to help us support our clients, team members and the wider community for many years to come.

With more modern premises we are able to provide conference rooms, better meeting facilities and smarter IT infrastructure such as video conferencing facilities which many of our clients and colleagues utilise.

You can be assured that there will be the same friendly team available and all your legal documents, such as deeds and Wills will continue to be stored by us without charge in secure storage.

Construction of the new office is expected to be completed in early 2023 and we look forward to sharing more soon and welcoming you to our new home in the Wolds.

In the meantime, our Louth and Horncastle offices are open as usual. If you would like to find out more, or want to discuss how our experts in business and personal law can help you, please contact Claire Parker-Robson on 01507 430629, email [email protected] or visit www.wilkinchapman.co.uk
