Charity continues to impact lives across Lincolnshire through recent fundraising events
Go For It! Charity is continuing its mission to improve the quality of life for people across Lincolnshire thanks to the incredible support of the local community and recent successful fundraisers
Throughout the 2025 festive period, the Go For It! Charity team helped raise community spirit by distributing Christmas themed Hampers to elderly residents throughout Lincolnshire. The hampers were designed to bring comfort, warmth, and a sense of connection during a time of year that can be particularly challenging for people. A range of festive treats, essential household items, and thoughtful gifts were included in hopes of spreading festive cheer and minimising feelings of isolation.
One Lincolnshire resident expressed their gratitude by saying, “Thank you for the most wonderful Christmas hampers. Everyone was so overwhelmed with them. It is so kind and thoughtful to treat people who are living on their own or are ill so generously, giving them a little happiness this Christmas”.
Alongside their festive hamper initiative, Go For It! Charity were supported by Dynamic Cassette International (DCI) Ltd., a Lincolnshire based manufacturing company, who celebrated National Christmas jumper day and hosted a festive raffle. Employees across DCI Ltd. came together to support their local community whilst spreading holiday cheer. Together, the events held by DCI Ltd. raised an impressive £852 for Go For it! The money raised will go directly towards making a real difference to the lives of people across Lincolnshire.
The Go For it! Charity team was delighted to partner with DCI Ltd. for their festive fundraisers and would like to thank everyone for their donations which ensures the charity can continue making a difference to many lives.
