Charity music festival supporting Ukraine aid
A long-established travelling charity music festival is back for its 20th year and coming to Tattershall this summer.
Scorpio Promotions and The Black Horse pub in Tattershall will be holding Scorpfest at the pub over three days on August 14-16.

Dating back to 2006 it has showcased the best original music, cover bands, solo artists and even tributes.
The festival raises funds for volunteer aid trips supporting orphanages and military in Ukraine and the local charity Helping Hands Coningsby.
Ian Russell from the event organisers Scorpio Promotions, said: “I'm extra excited because I get to bring in one of my all time favourite local bands, hailing from Grantham - The Collective!
“Reggae, funk, rock, pop and ska all blended together to make an absolutely unique awesome sound.”
To cap it all it will be free admission to see 12 artists and bands from as far as London and Scotland over three days, with a bar, stalls, food and lots of fun.
The line-up so far is: Dan Thomas (Alt rock / folk singer songwriter from Bedfordshire), Common Orchids (folk rock fusion from London), Talk of the Village (six piece folk rock and Irish trad band from Lincolnshire), Steve and Mary-Anne Hindley (folky duo from Scunthorpe), Sandy McLelland (Scottish country blues rocker), Red Afternoon (Lincolnshire blues rock band), Smith & May (pop, rock and country covers), Posted Notes (female fronted acoustic rockers playing two stripped back cover sets to finish the Saturday dancing), Columbia Band (Lincoln based rock and rollers kicking off Sunday), Glenn DC Gibbs (local blues rocker), Red Giant (emerging blues rock band), Fox Palmer (London based rock band with a unique mix of rock, Americana style folk and indie, The Collective Band (genre smashing, chaos causing, fun bringing heroes to end the festival).
Live music is on Friday 7.30-10.30pm, Saturday 1-11pm, Sunday 1-7.30pm.
Donation buckets will be dotted around with all money split between both charities.
