Motorists can save themselves the effort on a hot day and raise some money by supporting Sleaford fire station’s charity car wash.
The event is happening at the joint fire service and ambulance station on Eastgate in the town on Saturday, May 23, from 10am to 2.30pm with all proceeds going to the Firefighters Charity.
The charity supports serving and former firefighters providing timely clinical care and wellbeing support to members of the UK's fire services and their families.
The Sleaford crew posted on social media: “Hope lots of you can pop down to see us and support our charity.”
