Local opticians crowned Branch of the Year champions
A Market Deeping opticians has been named Branch of the Year after delivering exceptional care that put customers at the heart of everything they do.
The Scrivens Opticians & Hearing Care team in The Precinct triumphed over branches across their region to secure the prestigious award at the company's annual conference.
Branch manager, Jeanette Green, said: "We're absolutely thrilled. This is a real team effort and I'm so proud of everyone. We work hard to create a welcoming environment where customers feel genuinely cared for and it's wonderful to have that recognised."
The award recognises branches that consistently go above and beyond, combining clinical excellence in eye and hearing care with outstanding customer service and a positive team spirit.
Scrivens chairman Nicholas Georgevic praised the winning branch: "Our people make Scrivens what it is, and this branch is a perfect example of that. They've demonstrated outstanding customer service and we're incredibly proud of their achievement."
