Dream School in Kirton
YOUNGSTERS from around the district enjoyed a special ‘dream school’ event put on by Honda.
Honda’s ‘School of Dreams’ team recently visited Huntcliff School in Gainsborough to provide a free two-day ‘thinking skills’ workshop for 9-13 year old pupils. Students from Kirton Lindsey Primary School and Scotter Primary School also attended the workshop, giving younger children the chance to get to know their peers and meet their teachers of the future.
Assistant headteacher at Huntcliff School David Wisher said: “This has been a truly inspiring workshop and left the pupils with a true sense of the ‘Power of Dreams’ - and how they can be realised if we persist and stay positive.”
