Harry Potter fun set for Lincolnshire library during half term
Boston Library will be hosting the celebration of Harry Potter on Friday, October 27, from 10am to 12noon.

Hide AdVisitors can enter through ‘Hogwarts Library’ and pick up a special Hogwarts Library Card to take part in a range of exciting activities for all ages, including;
• Table Quidditch
• Follow the Book Trail
• Wand Making
• Make a paper plate Werewolf
• Make a dragon
• Make a Cornish Pixie sun catcher
• Make a mandrake bookmark
• Make a Golden Snitch
• Pin the Scar on Harry Potter
• Dare to meet the Dementor
• Take a “Have You Seen This Wizard” selfie.
Alison Wade, Library Manager said: “This is the first time we’ve celebrated Harry Potter Book Day for about three years. It’s a great chance to get creative and have a lot of fun in the process.
"All our activities are FREE and are suitable for Harry Potter fans of all ages.

Hide Ad“We’re especially excited to be welcoming a few Hogwarts characters, and Professor Umbridge will be around to make sure you are enjoying yourself!”
She added: “The event is open to children and adults of all ages. There is no need to book, just turn up and join in the wizarding fun! Fancy dress optional!”
