Identifying exceptional practice in both personal development and behaviour and attitudes, inspectors awarded the highest judgement of Outstanding to these areas, with the lead inspector started his report by noting: “Pupils flourish at this inspirational school.”

Pupils’ attitude and behaviour was deemed exemplary, with inspectors spending time with groups of children from all three campuses, including the school’s newly-opened Primary setting.

As part of the same inspection, Bridge House’s bid to expand its Primary School to Key Stage 1 pupils was approved. This means that it is now an “all-through” school, able to work with children between the ages of five and 19.

Heather Sandy, Lincolnshire County Council’s Interim Director of Education commented: “I am delighted to read the Ofsted findings regarding Bridge House School; particularly the comments about pupils flourishing in the school. This is the result of the hard work and commitment of the whole staff team, pupils and parents and I would like to extend my sincere congratulations to all.”
