Tattershall school take's part in Opera's Big Sing

Students and teachers from Tattershall's Barnes Wallis Academy take part in Opera North's Big Sing at Lincoln tomorrow (Thursday).

Students and teachers from Tattershall’s Barnes Wallis Academy take part in Opera North’s Big Sing at Lincoln this Thursday, July 7.

Inspired by Wagner’s Ring cycle, which Opera North is currently performing across the country, they have been working with Opera North’s professional choral delivery artists to master a specially-composed Myths and Legends song cycle.

At the final concert, they will perform with singers from the Chorus of Opera North.

Tickets for the event, at Lincoln Performing Arts Centre cost £2 and can be purchased online at www.lpac.co.uk.

The performance starts at 6pm and lasts 45 minutes.
