Teamwork adds up to a win
Caistor Grammar School’s year eight and nine maths team has won the Lincoln regional final of the UKMT team maths challenge, competing against 28 other teams.
Sammy Braben, Jemi Maliyil, Daniel Bassett and Laura Brady all gave an excellent performance in the four rounds, which tested their mathematical skills to the limit.
They will now take part in the National Final which takes place at the Royal Horticultural Halls in London on June 23.
