Tulip’s factory on Sleaford Road was the venue for the charity evening which saw around 150 people join in carols around the tree with Winchelsea School choir, craft stalls and refreshments, which raised funds for Shelter and the Lincs and Notts Air Ambulance.

HR Manager Shirley Turlowsky said: “The main reason was to engage with the community and in the week leading up to it we had Church Lane, Leasingham, Winchelsea and Chestnut Street schools coming in make lanterns and drums for a lantern parade on the evening.”
