Coronavirus (Friday): No further deaths reported at Lincolnshire hospitals

There have been no reported COVID-19 related deaths across the whole of Greater Lincolnshire over the last 24 hours - according to the latest Government figures.

The latest government statistics have shown no rise in any of the trusts covering the region - including both United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust (ULHT) and Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals Trust (NLAG).

This is the fourth day running that no new deaths have been recorded at ULHT, and the third time this week that no deaths were recorded at NLAG.

As testing is increased, the latest government statistics show that Lincolnshire overall recorded a total of 1,063 (up from 1,061 the previous day) while North Lincolnshire has 495 (up from 493 the previous day).

North East Lincolnshire has recorded 148 cases (the same as the previous day).
