In a video statement, council leader Martin Hill said: “Our country and our nation must come together by being apart. It’s vital we follow Government guidance to protect not only our residents and families from coronavirus but also vital communities. We all must play our part.

“As a council we are committed to keeping you informed about the actions we are taking to help prevent the spread of coronavirus and what this means for our services, residents and communities.”
