The family programme includes interactive sensory activities, storytelling, fun crafts and games, learning new techniques to get children ready to return to their swimming lessons and groovy old school discos - all to be enjoyed from the comfort of your own home.

There will also be a treasure hunt within your local area to help residents meet their daily recommended exercise together as a family.

With walking becoming more popular during COVID lockdowns, Magna Vitae are also keen to continue to encourage people to be active.

England, suggest that less than 44.9 per cent of children and young people met the recommended levels of exercise in 2020 (60 minutes or more a day).

Even more worryingly, 31.3 per cent did less than 30 minutes a day.

Only 23.8 per cent were fairly active covering an average of 30-59 minutes of exercise.

Magna Vitae Trust for Leisure and Culture, who operate several leisure and sports facilities within East Lindsey, want to see an increase in children and young people participating in exercise, to help their mental

health and wellbeing.
