Nursing and care agency celebrates positive CQC report
The Sleaford branch of a home care and nursing provider has been celebrating its latest “fantastic” inspection report by the Care Quality Commission.
Staff gathered at the Sleaford Northgate head office of Prestige Nursing & Care for their quarterly carer colleague meeting – a chance to reconnect as a team, share important updates and celebrate the incredible work happening every day across the service.
The positive CQC report was also revealed, as inspectors graded the service as ‘Good’ in all areas, reflecting the unwavering dedication, compassion and professionalism shown by every member of the Sleaford team.
The latest assessment took place on December 8 and the report was published on February 18.

At the time of this assessment the service was supporting 26 people with personal care. The last routine visit was in 2017.
Prestige bosses said staff commitment to delivering safe, high‑quality and person‑centred care shines through in every interaction with clients and families.
Charlotte Walton-Gollop, Branch Manager said: “Our CQC report is filled with heartfelt feedback from clients, their families and our colleagues. I am beyond proud of my team – they bring joy, laughter, comfort and reassurance to our clients every single day. Achieving ‘Good’ in all areas and being so close to ‘Outstanding’ is a true testament to the passion, commitment and quality of care delivered by the whole team.”
She said this achievement is not just a reflection of the branch’s performance on the day of inspection, but represents the consistent hard work, teamwork and dedication shown throughout the year.
The company congratulated everyone at the Sleaford branch for this “fantastic achievement”. The whole team got flowers, a exceptional contribution certificate and vouchers.
