ASSAULT

Brandon Hibbert, 20, of South Terrace, Boston. At Boston, in Tawney Street, on June 19, assaulted an emergency worker, namely a police constable, acting in the exercise of their functions as such a worker, by beating them. Committed to detention in a young offender institution for 10 weeks. £50 compensation to pay. At Boston, in Maud Street, on the same date, committed the same offence against the same emergency worker. Committed to detention in a young offender institution for 10 weeks to run concurrent to the other term. Commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order. No adjudication – dealt with for original offences. At Boston, in Main Ridge East, on January 5, assaulted an emergency worker, a different police officer, acting in the exercise of their functions as such a worker, by beating them. Suspended sentence of imprisonment of eight weeks implemented as concurrent term. At Boston, in Wellington Road, on January 15, committed the same offence against two other police officers. For each count, suspended sentence of imprisonment of eight weeks implemented – one consecutively, the other concurrently. Overall length of sentence: 18 weeks.

DISORDERLY

Wojciech Tytko, 51, of no fixed abode. At Boston, in Tawney Street, on June 19, were guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. £30 fine. £34 victim surcharge. £85 costs. To be detained in the courthouse. Detention deemed served by reason of time already spent in custody.
