NOSTALGIA: Kitwood Girls hold ‘bad taste day’ in 1986 to mark end of term
Here we see youngsters from Kitwood Girls School holding a ‘bad taste day’ 35 years ago.
The firth formers held the event to mark the end of term.
The pupils spent the day in flared trousers, crinkled blouses, kipper ties and wellies.
Several teachers joined in the fancy dress day, which raised £35 for Pilgrim Hospital’s scanner appeal.
