TEN YEARS AGO: Boston pupils make last 32 in national basketball competition

Boston Grammar School enjoyed a successful run in the English Basketball National Cup 10 years ago.

The BGS under 15s side reached the last 32 of the competition, before meeting their match against Billericay School.

Boston held their guests until half time in the clash, but the visitors would ultimately pull away to run out 59-41 winners.
